- All T&M Management Sites under the direction of our management group have the ability to procure insurances by way of direct broker contact, eliminating any commission payments that may otherwise be required by strata firms.
- All T&M Management Staff possess trade qualifications; have an essential service background and or engineering experience. Within the first three months of engagement our facilitates management staff are required to complete their strata management qualifications through the institute of strata title management which provides all facilities management staff with the strong capacity to manage and monitor all by-law compliance and or strata management related issues.
