Our company also contributes greatly to the Facilities Management sector and industry standards nationally and the director of T&M Management Services was also profoundly involved in the development and writing of FMA’s industry bible “Facilities Management Best Practice Australia Handbook”.

Our quality system is designed to comply with the requirements of The Australian and International Standards Organization (ISO) Quality Standards and can be modified to suit specific contract and customer needs. The Facilities Manager/s appointed to drive and accomplish the delivery of any contracted service will hold full Australian qualifications certified by the FMA (Facilities Management Association) or a Diploma in Facilities Management in addition to a minimum 5 years FM experience. The majority of our highly trained facilities management staff also hold trade certificate/s and will have the necessary skills and personal attributes to compliment the particular services operation and residential demographic of your establishment.
Our Concierge team carry their own security license in line with the NSW Police Security Registry and hold customer service certificates. T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is further committed to providing the right industry professional to manage the concierge services within your building if required. When our services are engaged resumes will be supplied directly to the Executive Committee for their approval. All proposed managers will complete 6 weeks on-site supervision whilst familiarizing themselves with the individual requirements of the contract and the strata plan. Within this time they are supervised intensively by the director and the National Operations Manager of T&M Management Services who will also be in attendance at all EC & AG Meetings throughout the tenure.
