The Panorama, Crows Nest, is a $55M Redevelopment which involved the conversion of existing commercial and hotel buildings into 209 apartments and 140 car spaces. The Panorama boasts 5 separate strata schemes, 1 BMC and a retail stratum component. The construction process included partially demolishing an existing building and adding 10 new storeys above. The building boasts a 17 storey high rise tower, plus two additional mid and low rise towers.
The apartments will be of a premium quality with medium to high end finishes with the added bonus of magnificent Sydney harbour views.
T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is contracted to provide building & facilities management services to “The Panorama” at 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, not including public holidays with a 24 hour 365 days per year emergency call out service.
