T & M Management Services’ policy is to ensure that all steps are taken to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, including plant, equipment and systems and to ensure prevention of pollution for all our employees. T & M Management Services are committed to the ongoing improvement of health & safety performance throughout reviews and training and will comply with all relevant legislation requirements.
T & M Management recognise that all employees are required to comply with the policy by being aware of their environment at all times and reporting any unsafe issues immediately. T & M Management Services also recognises that it has a responsibility to ensure the implementation of procedures that detail the specific requirements of each facility.
This policy will be kept up to date and reviewed once a year to ensure that the policy remains relevant to our operation and working environment.
