T & M Management Services’ policy is to ensure that all steps are taken to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, including plant, equipment and systems for all our employees. T & M Management Services are committed to the ongoing improvement of health & safety performance throughout reviews and training and will comply with all relevant legislation requirements.
T & M Management recognize that all employees are required to comply with the policy by working in a safe manner and reporting any unsafe issues immediately.
T & M Management also recognize that it is responsible to ensure the health and safety of all visitors, members of public, contractors, residents and any other non employees who may be affected by T & M Management’s activities within the working environment and facilities we operate.
This policy will be kept up-to-date and reviewed once a year to ensure that the policy is kept relevant to the operation of T & M Management’s environment and facilities.
