Our quality system is designed to comply with the requirements of The Australian and International Standards Organization (ISO) Quality Standards and can be modified to suit specific contract and customer needs. The Facilities Manager/s appointed to assist in and fulfill the delivery of any contracted service will hold full Australian qualifications certified by the FMA (Facilities Management Association) or a Diploma in Facilities Management in addition to a minimum 5 years FM experience. The majority of our highly trained facilities management staff also hold trade certificate/s and will have the necessary skills and personal attributes to suit the particular services operation and residential demographic of your establishment.
T&M Management Services was formed some years ago with the vision of raising the bar & increasing industry service delivery standards within the facilities management & Concierge sector in Australia.
