RESPONSIVE SERVICE
The Owner of T & M Management Services Pty Ltd has an established presence in Sydney and our dedicated Facilities Management and Concierge staff, subcontractors and office support staff provide a 24 hour, 365 day responsive service where required. Your building manager & concierge staff have daily contact with both directors of the company, our senior facilities manager and our national operations manager, all of which are contactable and available to assist owners and residents 24 hours a day in line with our service delivery.

T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is committed to assisting the owners, residents and executive committee within your site to achieve ongoing reductions in Facilities Management and support service costs throughout the Contract Term. Our company director’s experience in managing these contracts has furnished the organisation and our staff with a clear culture of and appreciation for Facilities Management and Concierge Service issues and priorities within the Residential and Commercial sector.
Contract Establishment And Transition
T & M Management Services Pty Ltd will be operationally ready to commence delivery of Facilities Management Services to your site within 4 weeks of our signed notice of engagement. This transitional period is designed to ensure a smooth transition to the new contract arrangements.
T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is committed to quality assured systems and procedures. Our quality system is designed to satisfy the requirements of Australian and International Standards Organization (ISO) Quality Standards and can be modified to suit specific contract and customer needs. The Facilities Manager appointed to assist in the delivery of any contract service will hold full Australian qualifications certified by the FMA (Facilities Management Association) or a Diploma in Facilities Management in addition to a minimum 5 years FM experience. Our highly trained facilities managers also hold trade certificate/s and will have the necessary skills and personal attributes to suit the particular services operation and residential environment of your establishment.
Our Concierge staff carry their own security license in line with the NSW Police Security Registry and hold customer service certificates. T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is also committed to providing the right person to manage the concierge services within your building. When our services are engaged resumes will be supplied directly to the Executive Committee for their approval. All proposed managers will complete 6 weeks on-site supervised training to familiarize themselves with the individual requirement of the contract. Within this time they are supervised intensively by the director & founder of T&M Management Services. In order to promote effective communication just one of our services include but shall not be limited to presenting a monthly building report to the Executive Committee in presence. T & M Management Services Pty Ltd will further provide in line with building management an Operations Manager to oversee the operations of the day to day management of your building for the first 6 weeks on a daily basis and will continue with weekly reviews of the Facilities Managers’ performance. These reviews will be carried out by the managing directors who will further attend all meetings where applicable with the Facilities Manager.
