T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is operationally available to provide industry leading Facilities Management and or concierge Services to our perspective clients within 4 weeks of our signed notice of engagement.

Our combined management team demonstrates over 45 years of industry specific experience in providing class leading services to a range of high profile commercial and residential clients. T & M Management Services Pty Ltd specialize in corporate Facilities Management and Concierge Services. Our team consistently demonstrate their expertise and capabilities in the establishment and ongoing management and maintenance of multi-story high rise residential apartment properties, some of which are considered the most sought after and elite establishments in the country. T & M Management Services Pty Ltd offers the most comprehensive range of specific Asset and Facilities Management Services within the marketplace. We provide a flexible approach for our client base and pride ourselves in being able to devise and deliver a single service or a combined service package to align with the particular needs of our clients, relative to both cost and quality. T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is committed to quality assured systems and procedures. Our quality system is designed to comply with the requirements of The Australian and International Standards Organization (ISO) Quality Standards and can be modified to suit specific contract and customer needs. The Facilities Manager/s appointed to assist in and fulfill the delivery of any contracted service will hold full Australian qualifications certified by the FMA (Facilities Management Association) or a Diploma in Facilities Management in addition to a minimum 5 years FM experience. The majority of our highly trained facilities management staff also hold trade certificate/s and will have the necessary skills and personal attributes to suit the particular services operation and residential demographic of your establishment.

Our Concierge staff carry their own security license in line with the NSW Police Security Registry and hold customer service certificates. T & M Management Services Pty Ltd is further committed to providing the right industry professional to manage the concierge services within your building. When our services are engaged resumes will be supplied directly to the Strata Committee for their approval. All proposed managers will complete 6 weeks on-site supervision whilst familiarizing themselves with the individual requirements of the contract and the site. Within this time they are supervised intensively by the director and the National Operations Manager of T&M Management Services who will also be in attendance at all EC & AG Meetings throughout the tenure.
